Pie Crust

This pie crust is perfect for any kind of pie you wish to make and is very easy to adapt to savory or sweet dishes.

Pie Crust


  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup vegetable shortening
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • *1/4 cup sugar


  1. Cut the shortening into the flour until mealy.
  2. Slowly add the water until dough just comes together.
  3. Roll our and bake as desired.
  4. *Add sugar for sweet dishes.
