Shrimp Salad

A simple and elegant recipe that is perfect for parties. Combine these in bite-sized phyllo dough cups for a nice, light hors devour for your guests or serve it on a lettuce leaf.

Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup diced Celery
  • 1 TBSP minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw or cook the shrimp.
  2. Finely chop the shrimp.
  3. Combine all in a bowel and mix thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerate to allow the flavors to combine for 1 hour.
