Have I mentioned how much I love tea time? This is by far the best scone recipe I have ever used. They come out so fluffy and perfect, whereas most scones tend to be dense. They flake apart like heavenly biscuits and have a mildly sweet taste. It takes me about 20 minutes to make them from start to finish so there is no excuse not to get your hands a little dirty! They whip up quickly while the oven is preheating and are good to go in 15 minutes. Enjoy!
